You can visit our site www.actitime.com without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. We do track the internet address of the domains from which people visit us and analyze this data for trends and statistics, but the individual user remains anonymous.
However, when you communicate with actiTIME support, download and purchase actiTIME products and services, we need to ask you for information such as your name, company name, and email address.
In general, the information collected by our website may include:

We do not collect and store sensitive financial information like credit card numbers. To process all online payments we redirect you to the PayPal payment processing service.
We do, however, store billing contact name and address, that are provided to us by the PayPal payment processing service after your payment is completed.
actiTIME Online Software Service
The Service is used by many companies worldwide to optimize project management, billing, and payroll processes. To perform this function, an organization purchasing or using the Service must use certain data, some of which may be personal data about one or more individuals. The data contained within the Service are collected and supplied by the Organization, and not by Actimind, Inc. The Organization, and not Actimind, Inc., is responsible for providing and maintaining the accuracy and completeness of the data used and contained in the Service.

We respect your privacy. Information collected at this website will be used only by Actimind, Inc. for communications, related to use of our products and to improve our products and services. actiTIME Online Software Service
Any individual personal data contained in the Service is under the ownership and control of the Organization purchasing or using the Service. An individual's request to access, modify, or delete their personal data in the Service must be submitted to the actiTIME Timesheet system administrator(s) of their Organization, who determines access and modification rights to the data. Actimind, Inc. is not authorized to access or change Organization data except at the request and on behalf of the Organization during provision of professional services.

Amendment
